1. Return Eligibility

- Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Condition of Items: The item must be in its original condition—unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging, including tags and labels. Any product that shows signs of use or damage may be ineligible for return or refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products may be excluded from the return policy for hygiene or safety reasons. These items include but are not limited to custom-made products, gift cards, and clearance items. Please check the product description for any exceptions.
2. How to Request a Return

- Step 3: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is secure for return shipment. You may be asked to include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email.
Note: Please do not send back any items before receiving a Return Authorization from us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
3. Return Shipping
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
- Inspection of Returns: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to confirm that it is in the required condition. If the product is returned in its original state (unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging), we will proceed with your refund.
4. Refund Process
