3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns to ensure the item reaches us safely.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, Evasonali will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
